ICICIBANK CREDIT CARD
After paying all my outstading still they are bank is asking me to pay more to remove my name from CIBIL

Dear Sir,

I Basavaraj, sincerely request you to assist me to resolve my issue with ICICI Bank credit card. These people have cheated me several times, they had imposed several hidden charges, when I asked to revert, they kept on telling that will be reverted in next month statement. When I realized they are not going to revert I stopped the payment till I get resolved with my issue. The Bank instead of resolving my issue kept on imposing penalty. I contacted their customer care several times, but I couldn't get any help. In one of their mail they said to contact bank regional manager over mail. I even sent the mail, but the person only replied once.

When they sent me a mail telling my name will be registered in CIBIL if I don't pay 15000 (round about) by 8 Sept. To get rid of it I even paid the all money, which was just 5000 (round about) when I requested to resolve my issue.

Even after paying the extra amount of 10, 000, they are not ready to remove my name from CIBIL. When I contacted the bank by email. I got the reply asking me to pay 33, 003.00 more to remove my name from CIBIL.

I request you to help me to get my money back and remove my name from CIBIL.

I have all communication mails with me as evidence.
