ICICI Bank - Credit Cards
Continous harrassment from icici bank

Sir,

i had 3 icici bank credit cards, which i used before 2 years (in 2008) and i paid back all the principle amount i used .meanwhile i received lot of calls from icici bank stating i had outstanding in my cards which is more than what i used. i explained them that i paid all the amount and ask for settlement letter, they even refuse to send a written confirmation about the discussion they had with me and intensively delayed the time and levied many charges (tax, late fee, etc.) and ask me to pay that. now they came to my office and threaten me that they will come to my home and shout.

pls. help me to get rid of this issue
