Eversal of intrest charged

The intrest has been charged on my card with the delay in receving payment. but i had deposited the

chq in time. but after a call from them ideposited Rs 10, 000/= but i was surprised to see that the

chq had been recd by them. &the intrest was also charged. iwould like to say please reverce the

intrest charges. dinesh
