Icici bank debit cum atm card
Double debit

I had made a shopping of rs 3128/- on 29.12.2009 at lifestyle mumbai through my icici bank debit cum atm card i had also signed only one payment slip.

but after 2 days i found through net banking that above amt had been debited twice instead of once.

now for last 10 days i have trying to find the way to get my money back but nobody either lifestyle or icici bank giving me any kind of satisfied answer.

i really don't know how to deal this problem, can you please advice me & help me out.
