In my experience, the forex rate provided by ICICI Bank are very low compared to the rate published by RBI and other nationalised or private banks (HDFC) in India.

ICICI should fall in line with other banks and compensate to the people who have been inconvenienced and complained against this.

I appeal to their customers to come forward and share their experiences/evidence so we can go to court/banking ombudsman for redressal. The least we can do is switch to more ethical banks.
