Deduction of a big amount in the name of transation Charges

My wife have a Current Account No.032705003612, A/C Shree Ganesh Filling Station, Jalali, in the ICICI Bank, Gandhi park Branch, Aligarh, U.P., At the time of opening account, there was a tie-up with the Hindusthan Petrolium and the ICICI Bank, and there was no charges. Since Jan to Aug.10 the bank deducted Rs.97, 036.00 in the name of transation charged, with out any notice to opt the the categary of the bank account. Kindly refund our money from the bank, which was charged with out any notice, such type of a small concern, it is a big amount.
