Scratch and win EMI

Dear Madam,

I had taken a Home Loan (Application No: 1923699, Home Loan Account No: LBMUM00000387041) for amount Rs 4, 00, 000 from ICICI Home Finance (Sumita Suvarna, Bandra Kurla Complex), on 28 Oct (Sanction letter). During the time of taking the loan, there was a offer of scratch and win EMI and I had won one EMI free.

When I closed the account on 15th Oct at Borivali (W) branch, I was informed that I will not have the benefit of the free EMI as I had foreclosed the account. But as far as I know, it was no where mentioned in the Terms and Conditions of the offer that the foreclosure of the account will cancel the benefit of the offer. Hence I request you to please allow me to have the benefit of the offer by refunding one EMI (Rs. 4422).

I request you to please look into the matter urgently and do the needful.
