Regarding Second disbursement from ICICI

Hi,

I am kishore and my Home Loan Account number from ICICI : : 7778560114

i was asked by the construction builder to release second disbursement from bank as part of the second disbursement.i am not sure how to approach with bank to get it released.

Please provide the Home loan agents of ICICI (Hyderabad) contact numbers to make the process faster.

the one who helped me in the process of first disbursement as part of the home loan he seems like very busy . can some one from bank team help me out towards the issue resolution.
