HOME LOAN DISPUTE AGAINST ICICI BANK

Hi,

I m vikas garg. I had applied for home loan last month but i came to know from cibil that somebody has used my pan no and there is already home loan from ICICI Bank for Rs 26 lacs although i had never taken any home loan from ICICI bank in my life till date. I had wriiten to CIBIL but they have send me the assurance that the matter is already send to icici bank and we are still awaiting for the response from icici bank but it is already delayed too much and i request u to sort it out asap otherwise i have to take a legal action against icici bank.
