DEAR SIR,
I AM DISGUSTED BY THE BEHAVIOUR OF YOUR DEMAT DEPT AT KANPUR.I HAD THE MISCONCEPTION THAT THE SALES EXECUTIVE MANISH TIWARI WAS PLAYING THE FOOL BUT NOW I AM SURE THAT THE ENTIRE DEPT IS UPTO TRICKS STARTING FROM THE BRANCH HEAD AND THEY WILL LEAVE NO STONES UNTURNED TO ENSURE THAT ICICI GETS A BAD NAME? MY DEMAT ACCOUNT COULD NOT BE OPENED IN LAST 8 MONTHS EVEN AFTER GETTING 3 SETS OF FORMS SIGNED-THE OLD ONES HAD GOT OUTDATED. NOW WE ARE TOLD THAT AGAIN NEW FORMS HAVE TO BE SIGNED?
IT IS ALMOST ONE WEEK SINCE I BROUGHT THIS MATTER TO THE NOTICE OF THE BRANCH MANAGER MR.SANTOSH SINGH (AS ALL OTHER EFFORTS HAD FAILED WITH MANISH TIWARI- A PERSON WHO MASTERS IN THE ART OF LYING) AND HE PROMISED TO REVERT BACK WITHIN 10 MINUTES? TO OUR UTTER SURPRISE HE FAILED TO CALL US TOTALLY AND TODAY WHEN WE CALLED HIM UP AFTER A WEEK, HE INFORMED THAT HIS SALES PEOPLE WERE SUPPOSED TO CALL US UP- THE SAME PEOPLE WHO COULD NOT GET THE DEMAT ACCOUNT OPENED IN THE LAST 8 MONTHS EVEN WHEN WE HAVE 10 DEMAT ACCOUNTS FROM OUR FAMILY IN THE SAME BANK? MY LAST COMPLAINT IN JANUARY HAD NO REACTION?
IN CASE WE DO NOT GET A POSITIVE REACTION FROM YOUR END, WE WILL BE FORCED TO SHIFT ALL OUR FAMILY DEMAT /ACCOUNTS WITH YOUR BANK.
