Edeemption of imint points

Sir,

As i had 16585 points in my imint card when i checked it for the last time.

But when i reached in the outlet to redeem my points i found that my 16000

were burned and i had a balance of 585 points only. When i called the customer care they told me that you have already used your 16000 points.

But when asked for a proof that which outlet did i redeemed my points they

had nothing to say.
