DEBITED AMOUNT TOWARDS IPRU WITHOUT MY AUTHORISATION AND KNOWLEDGE

Dear Sir, i have got an credit card from icici bank card no:4477468406180005 under the name of ARUCHAMY MOORTHY,

60feet road, jg nagar,

cus id:3561695

am using the credit card for longer term and i availed lots of benefit, meanwhile due to the mischief of an employee i have lost rs, 10000 towards an icicpru policy on 30/01 but i did not authorised to do that and i dint received any document too but debited notice came from ICICI BANK am contact customer care and launched conmplaint near about 15 times but there is no response complaint SR63219846 ON 17/04 till now my account dsnt get the reversal of rs 10000, but they are added me in CBIL pls kindly help me reverse my amount and release me from CBIL, .
