Wrongly decuction of Amount Rs.2481

My self Balvant Vallabhdas Gotecha having Saving bank A/c No. 017801519770 in ICICI Bank since last Two Years with Zero Balance facility. Now they have themselves converted the a/c with Minimum balance category without prior intimation and deducted Rs. 2481 (partly in last three quarters Rs. 827/- per quarter). I have tried many times to contact them but they are not giving any response also launch complaint to bank against them but they are not responding.

Pl help me on this matter.
