ICICI BANK LOWER PAREL
ABUSEMENT ON PHONE

Respected Sir,

I Manish Madhukar Jadhav from Thane had to complain about a person & a lady of ICICI bank Mumbai branch for continously abusing my mom on phone. The person name is MR Vishal (Tel No- 61369516)& lady is refusing to disclose her name. These two of them are continously abusing my mom on phone from two month and threatening us to pay the balance loan amount which we are not liable to pay as one of our relative Mr. Nitin Jadhav has taken loan from the said bank & has given our landline number as at that time he was not having any landline or mobile no with him.

the current situation is that he has not repaid loan amount to the bank for which banker /recovery departments are continously abbusing my mother using bad words. We have clarified the bank authorities verbally that we dont have any relation with the loan amount but then too they are not listning to us. Even my mom had explain them everything that its not our fault, but they keep on using abusive language.

please help me... please tell me what should i do now.
