Debited & Withdrawal Amount from my Account without any notice & Intimation

Dear Sir / Maddam,

I used my Card in 2007 & I settled my Card at that time, but I missed the settlement letter & I am using my savings account from last 1.5 years in ICICI Bank Ltd. But after 03 years period ICICI Bank Ltd. & their Credit Card Division freeze the funds & debited to my account without any notice & intimation or any advice. Now they are saying that you have used the card & not repaied so we have debited your account by 31000.00 (Approx)

I was completely unaware all these transactions but ICICI Bank Ltd's Associates employee Ms. Jamuna gave me a call for settlement of the card in 23, 500.00 that time I tried to convience her that I was settled the card 03 years back & how can I pay again. Also Itry to conveince her that If I am defaulter How Can I got Approval of Home Loan of 29 Lacs from ICICI Bank Ltd. & also I am availing Car Loan from ICICI Bank Ltd. In such case How you can say that amount is pending & why you have not contact me earlier for such recovery but nobody talks on the mateer. Finally on 03.03.2010 ICICI Bank Ltd. Debit my account by above said amount. After communication to Akbar & Associates I talked to Ms. Jamuna that forget the last transactions & I am ready to settle the dispute by paying the amount & finally settlement raised on 23500.00 in equal two instalments in two months & I took follow up 8 to 10 times to Ms. Jamuna for settlement but she is not responding & every time she demand different things. & finally without any notice & intimation to me they have freeze my account & debit the amount.

From Last 04 days I called up to ICICI Bank Ltd, customer care & Akbar & Associates but nobody help me out. Also I visit my Branch for such case but It was invain.

Akbar & Assocaites Ms. Jamuna everytime talk very rash with me in such case.

In all such instances now I am mentaly & Finanacialy disturb. Also I got harrased by ICICI Bank Ltd, Credit Card Division & Akbar & Associates, Pune.

Pls. Reverse the Debit Amount which is withdrawal from Account without any intimation & give me a justice b'coz Now I am tired to take follow up & co-ordination with different peoples & places in such case.
