Dear team,

I am one of the unsatisfied customer of icici bank ltd.

1. Actually i was an ex-employee of icici bank with a salary account..i had also applied independent credit card (not staff card) but the bank has automatically turned my normal card into staff card and when the charges incurred due to jammu bandh in the month of jul bank didnot reversed my charges by saying its a staff card.

2. In the month of April, i came to know that there was a debit of Rs 1450 as subscription, at that very moment i called up customer care for blocking my card and raise the dispute to the merchant for the same and executive informed me about blocking card and assures me of a new one but TILL DATE i have not received new card neither they have raised the dispute to the merchant.

When got a call from bank they said give us application letter signed me and the same was provided to mr praveen potharlanar and majeet on 13 may and he just take this for granted and didn't raise the dispute.

I was in conception that he might raised the request but when i am getting reminders mails from bank then i took the case with that guy along with senior persons of icici bank (chanda kochchar, ram kumar, amit das, praveen, customer.care@icicibank.com and call centre guys.) but no reply from any side rather they blame me of not taking followups with the bank.

then in the month of Aug i talked to Mr Amit Das (Senior manager) regarding the negligence, he simply denied bank;s negligence and said that they never received my signed application. and if received its not singed..(see attachement)

Then i forwarded the same to amit das and he mailed me the TAT of 90 days.

Now, today 27 sep my two SIP's of RS 1000 each got bounced because bank has marked lien in my sb a/c without intimating me and when talking with the customer care they are informed about the dispute and threatens me for payment otherwise they will debit the amount from my account.

i also lodged complaint in banking ombudsmen, they say that first bank has to take action if not taken then came to us... i submiited my application ONlY after when these this happened.

Now where should i go... customer care of bank is not helping.senior managers not helping, chanda kochcha and ram kumar not responding, branched unable to help.??? banking ombudman is also helpless??

So where i customer can go and fight..

Plz provide me with proper resolution.
