PF SETTLEMENT NOT RECIEVED

I have worked for ICICI BANK LTD Ltd. from APRIL to JUNE. My Provident fund has been deposited in the PF Account No. MH/18796/501162. After leaving the organisation I had applied for the PF settlement on 1st Sep 2009. Now I need to know the status as why it could not been dposted my ICICI BANK Account No. 024101505050 .

Please update me for the same.
