NOT REDUCING HOME LOAN RATE

I have taken a home loan from ICICI BANK LTD. in April amount of 550000 whith intrest rate10.75% when intrest rate was up upto 13.5% they have immidiatly increase my rate bus when it was reduce bank still not reduce the rate today market rate is 8 to 8.5% and my loan is running with rate of 12% i think it is unfare. i want to know that how can i fight with bank

i have paid 32 instalment of rs 6261*32= 200532 with intrest in still date they given me outstanding amount of 528000 means they just take 28000 as a principal amount rest was my intrest, is it fair or not? please guide me about it.
