REFUND OF RS.11404/- FOR WRONGLY RECOVERY

Dear Sir/ Madam Ji,

I had credit card vide no.4477 4736 1083 2003 which was cancelled on 20.03.06 vide SR-1018953934.The ICICI Lombard has issue me a one policy and deduct the amount i.e. RS.5520/- from my credit card without my any notice, after that I have cancelled the policy vide my SR-115484 on 20.03.06 and submitted the Annexure - A on 03.05.06 (interaction ID 726604).

Several reminder on phone, But, they have no responding me and now credit card department has debited Rs.11404/- on 17.02.10 from my saving bank A/c No.629401118561 without my notice.

I have also complain with RBI vide No.200910014007633.

I am salaried person and this is my one month salary amount which is deducted by them.

I request you to intervene the matter on priority, because this amount is required by me immediately for house hold expenses.

I am highly obliged you.
