Respected Sir,

I had applied for the loan (loan against property) of Rs 5, 00, 000 from “ICICI BABK LTD” Lucknow branch. I had shown my property and submit all the necessary documents to the company Mr. SUSHANT DIXIT (RO) asked by him.

After his assurance I have given him the cheque no.527682 of Rs 5612 against processing fees. The bank issued me the sanction letter no. 5714801. After that he returned my documents verbally saying some technical reasons in papers to refuse the loan.

I had written the reminders and letters to the bank (Mr. Sachin M. shah (BCM lucknow )) and their franchise, ’STARGOLD’ for refund but the Bank didn’t give any written letter for the reason of refusal.

Please instruct the bank to return my amount with same rate of interest or allow my loan.
