Non-receipt of maturity amount

I invested Rs.10000/- in ICICI Bank Tax Saving Bonds (02TSB) in April. The bonds matured on 8.4.2010. I wrote to 3i Infotech Ltd., Maratha Mandir Annexe, Dr. A.R.Nair Rd., Mumbai-8 along with discharged bond certificate on 13.4.2010 requesting maturity amount. I sent a reminder on 13.5.2010. Yet till now I have not receiveed to maturity amount.
