NON RECEIPT OF DIVIDEND

Sir,

I am holding 12 shares of ICICI BANK LTD under Folio No. 1201060500115257.

But till date dividend for Yr.10 declared on June 28 has yet not been credited im my accout. A complaint in this regard has already been lodged with company's registrar 3i Infotech limited, Mumbai, vide letter dated August 21. I had also enclosed the following documents as demanded by the Registrar along with my complaint:

1.Certificate from my Bank for non Recipt & Credit of Dividend ECS in my A/c

2.My Bank a/c statement showing non credit of Dividend

Their reply vide letter no.0010574822 dated September 28 is nothing but repeatition of Dividend Advice dt. June 29 & Comapny has not given any due attention to my compaint. I have also lodged compalint with SEBI on October 26 in this regard.
