CREDIT CARD - NOT A SINGLE PERSON IS REPONSIBLE

I AM DILIP JAGTAP - DIRECTOR OF KD SHIPPING INDIA PVT. LTD., was holding Credit card no. 4477 4742 8588 5011 since Feb. Since Nov there is a dispute over the payment of charges wrongly debited to my a/c. After giving full and final payment on Dec as instructed by customer service dept still the old wrongly debited amounts are still appearing as o/s principal amount. Now every day I am getting missed call min 25 times in a day from there service centre 66021300. Pl advise what to do??? We have applied for Commercial vehicle loan from ICICI malad branch. They have kept our file ready for disbursement. But now every body is blackmailing us to pay the o/s amount (showing on a/c of wrong debits on credit card) to get the disbursement. When Appoached to the nearest branch at Sector 1, they took 3 hours to identify a right person to talk. Pl advise if you can.
