Issued Health Policy without information

Hi Team,

I had been using an ICICI Credit card since 2008 and I had a Two Wheeler Loan as well in 2009 when my Two Wheeler Loan installments were paid off then I received a call from ICICI Lombard to get an Health Insurance Policy but I denied at the same time instead of they issued a Health Policy, even I did not receive a single paper of that policy. An amount of Rs. 6, 000 was deducted from my credit card. I called many times in ICICI Lombard to terminate it even I discussed with the executive and he told me to drop an email to terminate it then it will be terminated automatically but actually it did not happen.

Then I decided not to pay anything for this, now I became a big Defaulter in CIBIL.

Please suggest me as earlier what would be in my favor.
