Icici Bank Ltd/ Credit Card/ Saving A/c
Settle down my credit card no:5177194214136001

Dear Sir/Madam,

Here i would like to inform you that I have already settle down my credit card no:5177194214136001 in the month of August/September-09 only as per the amount stated by your bank representative, but still i am getting the statement and collection people call for the payment by cash. Over and above these people have hit and try to take money from my saving a/c no: 000201617486 for the same in fact they has done also they has already debited some 16999/- amount form my a/c, without my information, because of that my saving A/c shows some negative balance and now i cant do any transaction from this a/c. Really this kind of unethical behavior first time i am seeing ever in my life from such a reputed company. Its really embarrassing for me and forcing me to take some strict action. I kindly request you to pls check it out for the same and do the need full and pls activate my saving a/c
