Receiving less amount of Rs.200 from ATM

Subject: Receiving less amount of Rs.200/- from ATM IOCL PUMP, Sector -6, Gandhinagar (Gujarat)

References: My Application dated 4/8, dated 9/8 and dated 23/8 to Manager ICICI Bank ltd, Srctor-16, Gandhinagar.

Sir,

It is to inform with respect to above Subject and references that I tried to withdraw Rs.5000/- on dated 4/8 from above mentioned ATM. But I have received only Rs. 4800/- (i.e. Rs.500x9 no. and Rs.100x3 no.) It is for your kind notice that the edge of the last received note of Rs.100 was folded and after that machine was stopped. Hence I have received Rs.200/- less.

I have informed to branch manager on the same day in written and Service Request no.185565356 is received.

It is requested to say that still there is no response in this matter. Kindly expedite this matter by reverse transaction.
