ICICI bank subsidary not paying salary to their employees

My self Ahmad ali Ansari, working with subsidery of ICICI Bank since 4 june on the roll of I-Process under the manager Mr. LIJU Vergese in morgage loan. As i could not able to perform well he has not paid my salary for the month of september even i have attended the office whole month. As i belongs to the poor family i cannot abe to attend office. I will request you to help some one as i spended my all money while working for the company expecting that will get the salary by end of the month. Mr. Liju has told me that we will not pay you untill you do the target. There is no such condition in appointment letter have been given or discussed while Joining the company.
