Icici bank not settle my cibil report

I had personal loan 3 years back due to late payment my name included in cibil list i had cleared all dues & get N O C from icici bank and full settlement leter from bank (service request no. SR227071219 for Statement of Account for loan account no. LIXCG00010771846.) but icici bank is not replying and not mentioning settle in my cibil report and I went to bank they said no records after 3 years, because of that I m not able to apply for personal loan to other banks.my emailid is mithil.shah24@yahoo.com 9327075538, 9638569356..
