Icici bank-personal loan
SETTLEMENT OF PERSONAL LOAN

Dear Sir,

I have a kind request to the bank. I have a personal loan -no. LPCAL00008158278 in the name of Anandam Dasgupta and I have regularly paid for the first 3 years and I am a ver old customer of the bank. The case has been referred to a lawyer for non payment of last 9 instalments. The reason for delay is because I am currently jobless and that too for the last 6 months. I have paid Rs.15000/- from my sick father last month when my dues were told to be at Rs.3-. But as I could not pay the balance of Rs.17000/- last month, the repayment dues went up to 35K. As my father went thru a severe medical emergency and currently I have barely enough money to cater to my family daily needs. Today the lawyer called up and informed that I may have to pay double of what my dues currently are at or even may be jailed for non-payment of dues. I am seriously in a mess and severely tensed, I need the bank's assistance desperately.

Please save me from this humiliation and request the bank to keep my outstanding at 20.5K which is the balance payable as on date and please don't increase it. The dues will be settled within 30th June for sure.
