Harrassment for payment of Loan

Hi,

I have taken a loan from ICICI and since i lost my job im unable to pay the loan on time and sue to which there is a default of 6 months. But im paying one EMI from the month of Nov 09 and wanted more time to catch up with the loan and repay the full, therefore the collection agency Achievers from Shivajinagar collection agency, Khan and Ramesh (Mobile # 9980041880 and 9742328207) started abusing me and my family members at home and also at my neighbours. I have informed them that i will keep making one payment a month and will catch up. But they are only using abusive language and also tried to manhandle at my house. I would like to register a complain on this. When i told that i will take it to the court they told its no point and we have political contacts. What do i do. This is making me tensed and also affecting my health. Please help.
