ICICI
Asking for extra payment

Hi,

My name is Subhash Kapoor. I have ICICI credit card and the number of that card is: 4477- 4743- 0388- 1000

This card is with me since last two year and i am not using my card anymore. But certainly i recognize that there is some transaction made on my card on 31Oct. please see the below:

31/10 Bharti Airtel Ltd, DELHI 2000.00

31/10 Bharti Airtel Ltd, DELHI 3400.00

31/10 BSES PAYMENTS, MUMBAI 2980.00

31/10 BSES PAYMENTS, MUMBAI 4660.00

31/10 BSES PAYMENTS, MUMBAI 2440.00

31/10 TATA INDICOM-BILLDESK, MUMBAI 500.00

Anybody can say these all are fake transaction but ICICI bank doesn't belive. First i had asked for a dispute then they dispute my BSEB Payment and TATAINDICOM payment but after 2-3 days they returned back entire amount and charged RS 17000. I really don't understand how they are asking for payment even i had not used single penny. ICICI bank is really doing very bad things and i am going to break all relationship with this bank they are ridiculous.

Please help me i am totally frustrated with this bank.
