Due to wrong statement paid extra amount but they not repayed if i gone for settelment

Sir

in the month of june thers is due of 900 rupess, but tay put cheque return amount 2000 rupess, we came konw that in the month of november, thay send a statement 5400 rupess due payment keping over and over pennatly . serveral time i made call to icici customer care they unable give proper answer . then i decied to pay total due 5400 ruess to avoid pentaly, by that time i made call to custercare they informed taht it a wrong entry . but i deposited cash 5400 repess in bank . so i want returent my balance amount, so please do need full, i between i send a mail for settlement, by that i came to know that i has to pay only 2600 rupees, so please do needfull in this regrds
