Hello sir i dr rahul singh has been using icici credit card for the last 2 years and never made any late payments .i could not make payment of 25000. on my card in sep 2008 due to financial problems currtely the bak people levied interest on the amount to 36, 715 rupees as they proposed to settle for 30, 000 for which i agreed but instead they auto debited the amount of 36, 715 from my saving acc 025301520670 without my knowledge n consent .i request when i agreed to pay the settlement amount why the bank autodebite dthe money from my saving acc that too without informing me, plzz help me to get my money back .i am still ready for nthe settelemt money .the bank collection deppt in noida used abusive languuage an mistreated me . kindly help me.
