I have been alloted pan no. 7 years back but not received the card despit my 2-3 followups. an no on all needed place. now ICICI is demanding the pan card xerox as i don't have i gave them my ITR return as a proof to maintain my transactions over 50000 in cash. they said that as per RBI guidelines ITR cannot be admitted as a proof for PAN no. advice
