UNKNOWN ATM WITHDRAWL

I have a savings account in ICICI GK-I Brank and my account no. is 002901022558. During 5 and 6th October, through ATM, Vikaspuri from transaction ID's SB2168775 & SB3487609 a sum of Rs. 5000/- & 3000/- were withdrawn from my account. On both these days I was having the ATM card with me and I have not disclosed my PIN to anybody. I am from working class and losing Rs.8000/- for no reason or no fault from my side has shocked me.

I contacted ICICI and they have given in writing that since these are pin based trasaction, bank is not responsible for the loss and we can seek police assistance.

Please lookinto it and suggest what is to be done in this case.
