Hi,

I am having a credit card with ICICI which i am using for more than two years. Two months back i have paid my icici prudential premium using the card for a amount of Rs. 50, 000/-. The total credit card bill came around 65, 000. Since i transferred money from different accounts, a shortage of near about 500 rs occured. I thought it can be paid during my next bill statement. But what these ICICI people did was simply shocking. They didnt consider my 64000 payment at all. They calculated the interest as follows... I guess... they have taken 65000 (previous month) 10000 (current month) as a whole and levied me a interest of 2000 rs. I am totally dis satisfied with this stupid ICICI service and more over i am wondering how RBI is allowing this type of cheap and cheat practices by ICICI.
