I have been facing lot of problems with ICICI home loans deptt.

1. Wrong commitments on interest rates/ others by ICICI staff.

2. Non-timely delivery of their letters.

3. When you complain to their consumer complaints deptt., even they don't respond on time.

Do know what to do? Any way out?

Would request any new loan applicant, not to go for ICICI loans. Will definitely give you sleepless nights.
