I tried to transfer my account from bangalore to mumbai... as i no longer visit bangalore for any perpose... till today i have tried many times to contact the manager and always the same reply got from the email that i have to visit the branch... even now I have removed all my money from that account and after 1 year still the bank sends me my account statement as zero balance...
