Ejection of credit cards

I, DR.Sandeep achalraj Seth, DOB:8/6/78, have been rejected by credit card companies due to my name being in CIBIL, Inspite of i settling payment with ICICI bank. I had never transacted and it was a fradulent transaction done by the bank for my utility bill which i never consented them to pay. I am a professional and having various bank accounts in SBI, Axis bank. Since my name is in the defaulters list, i would nnot be able to avail of loans in the future. So kindly look into the matter and oblige.
