Cheated by ICICI prodential plan

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am going to explain how i was cheated by ICICI bank policy. In 2007 when i was working as a Software Eng. one ICICI Agent from Noida met me he made me to take ICICI policy Rs.50000/-

i have taken ULIP Super Gold policy (my policy no# 07270225). i paid him Rs.50000/- next day he has given a receipt of Rs.40000/- fund value Rs. 10000 for maintanance charges, i shocked and asked him

Rs.10000/- maintanance charges for first year. I reliased how ICICI Agents cheating hard earning people and stopped to pay premium 2008 onwords.

My fund value since 2007 it was around Rs.39000/- my question is Do we need experts to play with our money? if require from where is the growth. From ICICI bank simply charging money for experts.

End of Jan i have received a policy closed letter from ICICI bank without my prior confirmation

they have returned me a cheq of Rs.9000 (nine thousand rupees only). I surprised that time my fund value was Rs.37000/- after 3 yrs they return simply as Rs.9000 . I have placed my 2 months hard earned money in that policy result is after 3 yrs 9000 (nine thousand rupees only)

I need justification from ICICI bank prudential, i am expecting even my priciple Rs.50000/-..why i am writing my story, plz do not cheat by ICICI Bank. They require high commission for policys with out improvements. I am going to file a suit.

Please help me to get my hard earned money.
