ICICI
ATM not yet activated

I had taken a Instant Visa debit card from ICICI Belgaum on 12 Feb. It was clearly mentioned that it would take 24 hrs to activated the same. Now its the 3rd day. Its not activated but the amount for the card is already what you can say is snatched from my account. The card is inactive and the 221 Re is charged for the ATM.I hae informed the call center of the bank. When the bank itself is worst how do you expect the call center to be good. Is it not the bank ashamed of this. I suggest other consumers to go for some State banks not with these cheaters ICICI.
