ICICI
No Educational Loan

ICICI bank advertises that there is an educational loan facility available in its branches. It was recently directed to me by one of its call center executives that to avail of an educational loan you have to personally visit one of its branches. But on the 5/5 when i did visit one of ICICI's branch in Nerul W. The employee straight up front told me that ICICI does not have anything called loan in its vocabulary!

Abysmal!!

Pathetic!!
