VIS Credit Card Payment

I made the HSBC credit card bill payment Rs 922 through ICICI visa credit card payment online on 13/Feb. On that date money war debited from my icici account and received the message transaction is successful. But on friday 18/Feb I got the call from HSBC credit card and they said no payment is done. Credit card bill payment last day was 17/Feb. Now I have to pay late fee towards HSBC.

Now who will pay late fee to HSBC, is ICICI banks will do that? or I have to pay?

Please take the appropriate actions against ICICI bank if they are not able to solve this.
