ICICI IT certificate not Issued for Home Loan (rural)

This is jayaraman. I have taken a Home Loan (rural) from ICICI. I have been paying the EMI properly. I request the bank multiple time for the IT certificate they have not provided me the same. It is around 1 Lk loss for me. How do i go ahead with this problem.
