Ationalism towards tamilians

Ecently i have attended the icici bank exam in feb. I cleared written test and gd and i performed well in personal interview. I waited two months for the result and then i could not find even a single tamil name in the merit list.if you look at the merit list you could find only khans, singhs, guptas... i hate icici. I request icici to stop their interview process in tamilnadu.
