I am holding salary account where i can have zero balance, and if I am using at any other bank ATM, then its also legal as per RBI rule.

So is it ethical to charge customer for this reason.

Question: "why u people are saying no hidden charges if we use card a any other bank ATM ".if it is ethical to charge for customer "why other banks are not following "
