Unwanted calls for ex-employees

We receive at least 3-4 calls everyday from ICICI Bank to inquire about our ex- employee who had left almost 3-4 yrs back or more than than. And above all this when we inform them to update their record they said yes and again after 2-3 days we receive call for same person. We are really fed-up with this..
