Please Help me I am in deep trouble

I purchased a new swift ZXI car and got it financed from ICICI bank.

Total loan Amount: 4, 44000

Total EMIs Paid 12 of 10250.

ICICI has seized the car and telling me to pay 5 lacks more to get the car back.

Please help …

There are lot of issue and it’s a mistake by ICICI please call me to discuss the issue
