Regarding Credit Card

Hello Sir/Madam,

My Mom is using GE Money Credit Card from past 3yrs and now she wants to get rid of it by making full payment of the due amount left to be paid on it.

Everyday the agent from GE Money gives a call saying that this much is the amount due & today the cheque collector will come at home to collect the cheque. But the person doesn't show up at our house to collect the cheque from past 1 week.

The agent from GE Money says that amount has to be paid by 8 of each month but the cheque collector comes after 22 of each month because of which we are getting charged by Rs.350/- each month for making delayed payment.

This is not over fault of delaying GE Money. The GE Money Cheque Collector says that we get the details for collecting the cheque after 18 of each month.

And now when my mom is saying to come and collect the cheque then the GE Money Agent says that if cheque collector is not coming early then drop the cheque in GE Money Cheque Drop Box. This GE Money Cheque Drop Box is not there in mulund, mumbai. The people over there say that it's not here from past 2years. when we ask the Agent of GE Money for the nearest Cheque drop box, then he says that please check it's there in mulund itself.

I & my Mom are totally pissed off by such service which is bein rendered by GE Money.

Please advice what to do...
