LATE FEE CHARGES

Dear Sir

I paid my credit card outstanding under smart pay scheme/programme

Within 1 6 month, after that one more bill mail to me as 125/- as registration charges which is not told me by Mr. Suman (Telephonic Icici Executive) at time of smart pay scheme/programme, After that mail (Bill), I contact Mr. Suman for the same he told me that he arrange the conversation between us as proof when he offer me smart pay scheme/programme, Still I don't have any reply from your side, Also icici credit bank charges me late fee from 4/5 months this is not appreciable
